You’re dropping your child off with us for five mornings. That’s not something we take lightly. Here’s exactly what we have in place so you can actually relax while they’re having the time of their life.
Every Volunteer. Background Checked.
No exceptions. Every single adult serving at VBS has passed a full background check before they ever step into a room with your child. Period.
Secure Check-In and Check-Out
Your child is checked in at drop-off and released only to an authorized adult at pick-up. We know who’s picking up your kid, and we verify it every time.
No Adult Is Ever Alone With a Child
Our safeguarding policy is firm: no volunteer is ever one-on-one with a child without another adult present. Every room, every session, no exceptions.

Register Each Child Online
Fill out our short form to register. It takes about two minutes. You will register all children at the same time. You’ll get a confirmation so you know their spot is locked in. One form per child.

We need one completed medical form for each child before the week begins. Please download the form, fill it out, sign it, and return it ahead of time, that is a huge help for our team as we prepare. You are also welcome to bring it with you on June 15th. Email your completed and signed form to hello@bridgehelena.com. One form per child.

Check-in opens at 8:30 AM each morning. Pick-up is at 12:00 PM.
Every kid gets a Welcome to the Jungle shirt to wear throughout the week, take home and keep. Included, free, and it looks awesome.
Download and complete one form for each child you register. Turning it in ahead of time is a big help, and you are always welcome to bring it on the first day. You can email the form to hello@bridgehelena.com.
