Discipleship at Bridge Helena | Grow. Serve. Be Sent. Helena, MT
The culture of Bridge

Pray Boldly.

Prayer is the first thing here, not the last. So you are not going to be the only one in the room still asking God for the impossible. We believe prayer actually changes things. We pray for healing, for breakthrough, for our city, and for the world. That is not a disclaimer. It is an invitation.

Sunday
Worship
& Preaching

The gathered church is where discipleship starts. Every Sunday we open the Word, sing together, pray together, and sit under teaching that connects to real life. This is not a performance. It is formation. Week after week, it changes you.

The sermon is one of the most consistent discipleship tools God has given the church. At Bridge, the teaching is Bible-based, direct, and designed to move from your head to your hands before Monday morning.

Small
Groups

Sunday mornings are great. But discipleship goes deeper in smaller rooms. Small groups at Bridge are where people actually know your name, notice when you are missing, and walk through real life with you.

Faith was never meant to be a solo project. The early church did not just gather on Sundays and scatter for the week. They shared meals, prayed together, held each other accountable, and carried each other’s burdens. Small groups are how we try to live that out in Helena today.

Whether you are brand new to faith or have been walking with Jesus for decades, there is a group with people who are in the same season of life you are in. Not an audience. Not a classroom. A community.

NEXTGEN
Ministries

Discipleship does not start at adulthood. It starts in a nursery, a kids classroom, and a youth group where someone takes time to invest in the next generation. We take that seriously at Bridge.

BridgeKids and Refuge Youth are not childcare or babysitting. They are intentional discipleship environments where kids and teenagers hear the gospel in age-appropriate ways, build friendships with other believers, and learn what it means to walk with Jesus before the world tells them something different.

Every volunteer is background checked. Every environment is designed around safety and fun. And every week, kids leave knowing they matter to God and to this church.

Bridge 938
Ministry
Training

Bridge 938 is Bridge Helena’s ministry training and discipleship center. Named from Matthew 9:38, it exists to invest into, disciple, develop, train, and send people into the harvest.

“Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
Matthew 9:38 — ESV

Bridge 938 is not a college program or an online course. It is a structured, relational discipleship program built on the Paul-Timothy model: experienced people investing personally in those who are called to more.

There are four paths, each designed for a different level of calling and commitment. You do not have to be heading for full-time ministry to belong here. You just have to want to go deeper than a Sunday sermon can take you.

The mission of Bridge 938 is to train the mind, form the heart, and equip the hands. Not just knowledge. The whole person.

Foundations
